Who wouldn't want dreams like that? Always being the hero? What a self-esteem booster at night! But you know, it really fits. He's always my superhero.
Dreams, I've been told, usually tell us something about ourselves. So true in this case. Scott is the kind of guy who loves to serve, help, and yes, rescue those he cares about. I think most of the people who read this blog already know that and he's probably done something that was amazing for you too. So the Spiderman theme song is dedicated to you Scott!
In other news, Tyler started school on Monday. Yup, he's officially a kindergartener. After two days of school, he's loving it. Mostly the part about riding on a big yellow school bus to get there, and the kid who cut his nose open with scissors today (really truly, I couldn't believe it either), but whatever the reason, he really loves it. Yesterday was a little teary for me, but he just couldn't wipe the big grin off his face. He was so excited. It made it easier for me that he was so brave. Here's a picture of his first day of school.
Belky told me about a website that gives great hairdo ideas. This one is called "A river runs through it." Just ignore the overloaded garbage can on the counter...
This past Sunday, Krysta had a new tooth coming in, and was understandably not wanting to eat. So we let her get out of her high chair, while the rest of us ate dinner. We were obviously not paying much attention to her, because suddenly I looked over at her (she'd been really quiet, which is extremely unusual for her) and she was a mess! She'd been eating all the food that she'd previously thrown on the floor. I guess I now know how to get her to eat when she doesn't want to. Just throw it all on the floor!

Here's a better picture of her. Her Aunt Belky gave her this outfit, isn't it so cute! She's nine months old already!

I love the look on Tyler's face! And way to go with Emalyn's hair! It looks awesome! And tell Krysta to stop growing up so fast! And while we're going, thank Scott for always saving you and tell yourself that I miss you terribly!!!
p.s. Didn't you have a family reunion?!
I miss you guys. Wish we could have made the family reunion. give all my those cute kids hugs from me.
That is funny about Scott. He is Elena's hero, not only did he spent all Saturday with her making a cool duck but he also has a DVD player in his car...and we don't!
Way to go Tyler!! HE looks so happy.
Amy, you did awesome, Emalyn's hair looks so cute!
I gotta try that tip with Elena, Victoria likes to eat.
Krysta looks even cuter than I thought she would!
Ohhh I miss you guys :-(
Okay, so after reading your comments and watching the video, I really am sitting at my computer in Lagrangeville, with tears streaming down my cheeks. Thanks for the great family reunion and for stopping to see us again in Utah. We can never get enough time with you!
